If there were more stars, I'd give them! Met Darren yesterday when he and Will were sent by HSA Home Warranty to repair our heat pump. They were scheduled to arrive between 12 and 3PM and Sarah called from the office and offered for them to come early. They came at 10:57AM and started by asking what was happening. Darren listened intently and then explained to me what he thought was probably wrong and why. I went outside while he checked out the problem and within about 5 minutes he confirmed his diagnosis. He needed a part and made a call and found it nearby. They left to get the part and were back in about 1/2 hour. They fixed it, took may payment for my 'deductible' with my warranty and were finished and out the driveway in about 90 minutes from the time they first arrived- including 1/2 hour to get the part! HSA has sent many different types of contractors to our house for problems with various systems and appliances and D and L Mechanical Services outshines all of them. Prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm very impressed!!

A friend recommended D & L to us and they did not disappoint! Excellent communication before, during and after replacing one of our heat pumps. Leisa and Darren took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the technical speak that had me a bit confused. Darren and Jeremy did the installation. They had a challenge getting the old unit out of the tiny attic access but they did it without any damage! I was impressed that Jeremy even wound up the vacuum cord when he was done cleaning up the tiny bit of mess that got tracked off the drop cloth. They did not leave a mess like so many contractors do and I really appreciated that. 1 Comment
